The Stoughton Vikings basketball team scored 62 points and limited the host DeForest Norskies to 54 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Vikings now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Oregon for a non-league game on Saturday, November 30. Stoughton will play a Panthers team coming off a 58-34 non-league win over McFarland (McFarland, WI). The Panthers record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, DeForest falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Norskies host Fort Atkinson (Fort Atkinson, WI) to play the Blackhawks in a Badger - Large game on Tuesday, December 3. The Blackhawks go into the game with a record of 1-1. Fort Atkinson won 46-38 in their recent non-league game against Whitewater (Whitewater, WI)
