The Piggott Mohawks basketball team scored 56 points and limited the visiting Gosnell Pirates to 33 in the Mohawks non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mohawks now possess a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Riverside for a 2A Region 3 game on Monday, December 2. Piggott will confront a Rebels team coming off a 79-18 league win over Bay (Bay, AR). The Rebels record now stands at 7-2.

With the loss, Gosnell falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Earle (Earle, AR) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Monday, December 2. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 3-4.
