The South Pontotoc Cougars got by the visiting Hernando Tigers basketball squad by a final score of 57-53 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

Next, the Cougars clash with the East Webster Wolverines (Maben, MS) in a non-league outing, on Friday, December 6. South Pontotoc will attempt to upgrade on its 7-2 season record.
