South Carolina High School Basketball - Lancaster triumphant over Union County

November 26, 2024: Lancaster, SC 29720

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Lancaster Bruins (Lancaster, SC) and the visiting Union County Yellowjackets (Union, SC), observed Lancaster's basketball team overwhelm Union County by a score of 47-15.

The Bruins (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Palisades (Charlotte, NC). The Pumas come into the non-league challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Palisades was routed by Catawba Ridge (Fort Mill, SC), 50-48, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Yellowjackets encounter the Boiling Springs Bulldogs (Spartanburg, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 3. Union County will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 56-44 non-league loss to Greer (Greer, SC).
