The Minnetonka Skippers basketball team scored 85 points and limited the visiting Moorhead Spuds to 33 in the Skippers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Skippers now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Orono for a non-league game on Friday, November 29. Minnetonka will confront a Spartans team coming off a 64-30 non-league win over New Ulm (New Ulm, MN). The Spartans record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Moorhead falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Spuds host Fergus Falls (Fergus Falls, MN) to confront the Otters in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 3. The Otters go into the game with a record of 2-0. Fergus Falls won 60-56 in their recent non-league game against East Grand Forks (East Grand Forks, MN)
