The Pottsboro Cardinals basketball team scored 57 points and limited the visiting Van Alstyne Panthers to 37 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the loss, Van Alstyne falls to 1-8 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Sherman (Sherman, TX) to confront the Bearcats in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 3. The Bearcats go into the game with a record of 2-7.
