Moorhead Spuds (Moorhead, MN) fans exited the stadium happy Tuesday as they observed their ice hockey squad achieve victory over the host Wayzata Trojans (Plymouth, MN), 6-3 in a non-league game.

With the win, Moorhead improves its record to 4-2 on the year. The Spuds travel to Maple Grove (Maple Grove, MN) to clash with the Crimson in a non-league game on Friday, December 6. The Crimson enter the game with a record of 3-1.

The Trojans now sport a 4-1 record. They play next when they host Eden Prairie for a Lake game on Saturday, November 30. Wayzata will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Holy Family Catholic (Victoria, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 0-4.
