North Carolina High School Basketball - Broughton overwhelms Green Hope

November 26, 2024: Raleigh, NC 27605

The Broughton Capitals basketball team scored 67 points and limited the visiting Green Hope Falcons to 35 in the Capitals non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Capitals now have a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Cary for a non-league game on Wednesday, December 4. Broughton will confront a Imps team coming off a 44-41 non-league loss to Sanderson (Raleigh, NC). The Imps record now stands at 2-3.

With the loss, Green Hope falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Falcons host Fuquay - Varina (Fuquay-Varina, NC) to confront the Bengals in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 3. The Bengals go into the game with a record of 4-1. Fuquay - Varina won 65-60 in their recent non-league game against Green Level (Cary, NC)
