The Yuba City Honkers basketball team scored 53 points and limited the host Rio Linda Knights to 35 in the Honkers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Honkers now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Vista del Lago for a non-league game on Monday, December 2. Yuba City will confront a Eagles team coming off a 76-47 non-league win over River City (West Sacramento, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Rio Linda falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Knights host Burbank (Sacramento, CA) to confront the Titans in a non-league game on Friday, November 29. The Titans go into the game with a record of 0-1. Burbank lost 54-35 in their recent non-league game against Natomas (Sacramento, CA)
