Illinois High School Basketball - West Prairie routed by Illini West

The Illini West Chargers bounced the host West Prairie Cyclones basketball squad by a final score of 72-39 in Wednesday's league outing.

The Chargers now have a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Illini Bluffs for a non-league game on Friday, November 28. Illini West will confront a Tigers team coming off a 48-42 non-league win over Bushnell-Prairie City (Bushnell, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, West Prairie falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Cyclones travel to Abingdon/Avon (Abingdon, IL) to confront the Tornadoes in a non-league game on Friday, November 28. The Tornadoes go into the game with a record of 3-0. Abingdon/Avon won 46-41 in their recent non-league outing against Macomb (Macomb, IL)
