In Saturday's non-league match, the host Sycamore Aviators basketball team scored a tight 45-43 triumph over the Eastern Warriors.
In their next game, the Aviators meet the Hamilton Big Blue (Hamilton, OH) in a Greater Miami match, on Wednesday, December 1. Sycamore will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Big Blue enter the match with a 0-2 record after their 55-13 non-league loss to Fairmont (Kettering, OH).
With the defeat, Eastern moves to 2-1 on the year. The Warriors travel to Fairfield (Leesburg, OH) to meet the Lions in a Southern Hills match on Thursday, December 16. The Lions enter the match with a record of 3-0.
