Carlson Marauders (Gibraltar, MI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Huron Chiefs (New Boston, MI), 42-25 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Carlson upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Marauders travel to Flat Rock (Flat Rock, MI) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 29. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Chiefs play the Monroe Trojans (Monroe, MI) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 1. Huron will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
