Lexington Christian Eagles (Lexington, KY) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Eastern Eagles (Louisville, KY), 70-33 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lexington Christian upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Eagles host Trimble County (Bedford, KY) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 30. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Trimble County won 44-41 in their recent non-league bout against Frankfort (Frankfort, KY)

Next up, the Eagles play the Atherton Ravens (Louisville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 28. Eastern will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
