The Northeast Academy For Aerospace and Advanced Tech Griffins (Elizabeth City, NC) basketball nipped the host Ocracoke Dolphins (Ocracoke, NC), 32-30 in Monday's non-league test.
The Griffins (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Northside - Pinetown (Pinetown, NC). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Northside - Pinetown got by Cape Hatteras (Buxton, NC), 50-34, in a non-league test.
The Dolphins now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they host Albemarle School for a non-league test on Friday, December 1. Ocracoke will encounter a Colts squad coming off a 43-42 non-league win over Pasquotank County (Elizabeth City, NC). The Colts record now stands at 4-1.
