Groton School (Groton, MA) fans left the game thrilled Monday as they witnessed their ice hockey team hold off the visiting St. Paul's Big Red (Concord, NH), 2-1 in a non-league match.

The (4-0) will now prepare for their match against North Yarmouth Academy (Yarmouth, ME). The Panthers enter the match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, North Yarmouth Academy was nipped by Phillips Exeter Academy (Exeter, NH), 3-2, in a league match.

Next up, the Big Red encounter the Brewster Academy National Bobcats (Wolfeboro, NH) in a match, on Friday, December 1. St. Paul's will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Bobcats enter the match with a 1-1 record after their 6-4 league win over Vermont Academy (Saxtons River, VT).
