Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Texico Wolverines (Texico, NM) and the visiting Elida Tigers (Elida, NM), saw Texico's basketball squad wallop Elida by a count of 69-44.
With the victory, Texico upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Jal (Jal, NM) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, November 30. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
