Illinois High School Basketball - Lincoln-Way Central routs Englewood Stem

In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host Lincoln-Way Central Knights basketball team scored a big 78-28 triumph over the Englewood Stem Panthers.

The Knights (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Homewood-Flossmoor (Flossmoor, IL). The Vikings go into the SouthWest Suburban contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Homewood-Flossmoor smashed Marian Catholic (Chicago Heights, IL), 58-45, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Panthers battle the Shepard Astros (Palos Heights, IL) in a non-league contest, on Friday, November 29. Englewood Stem will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Astros go into the contest with a 0-3 record after their 54-46 non-league loss to Andrew (Tinley Park, IL).
