In Wednesday's non-league contest, the visiting Hoover Tornados basketball team scored a close 60-58 triumph over the Rowland Raiders.
The Tornados (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against San Bernardino (San Bernardino, CA). The Cardinals go into the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, San Bernardino nipped Cathedral (Los Angeles, CA), 67-52, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Raiders battle the Glendale Nitros (Glendale, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, November 30. Rowland will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Nitros go into the contest with a 4-3 record after their 56-47 non-league win over West Covina (West Covina, CA).
