The Mineral Ridge Rams (Mineral Ridge, OH) basketball edged the host Struthers Wildcats (Struthers, OH), 54-53 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Rams now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Girard for a non-league bout on Thursday, December 5. Mineral Ridge will play a Indians team coming off a 43-28 non-league loss to Columbiana (Columbiana, OH). The Indians record now stands at 0-1.
