Michigan High School Ice Hockey - University Liggett nudges Grosse Pointe South

In Wednesday's non-league contest, the visiting University Liggett Knights ice hockey team scored a close 4-2 victory over the Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils.
The Knights (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Powers Catholic (Flint, MI). The Chargers go into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
In their next game, the Blue Devils play the Trenton Trojans (Trenton, MI) in a Michigan Metro contest, on Wednesday, December 4. Grosse Pointe South will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Trojans go into the contest with a 2-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over De La Salle Collegiate (Warren, MI).
