Village Christian Academy Knights (Fayetteville, NC) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Berean Baptist Academy Bulldogs (Fayetteville, NC), 40-17 in a league bout.

With the win, Village Christian Academy upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Knights host Trinity Christian (Fayetteville, NC) to play the Crusaders in a bout on Tuesday, November 29. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Fayetteville Academy Eagles (Fayetteville, NC) in a bout, on Thursday, December 1. Berean Baptist Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 36-12 non-league loss to Northwood Temple Academy (Fayetteville, NC).
