California High School Basketball - Hoover can't hold off Sweetwater

The Sweetwater Red Devils basketball team scored 19 points and held the visiting Hoover Cardinals to 17 in the Red Devils non-league triumph on Monday.

The Red Devils now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clairemont for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 3.

The Cardinals (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Palo Verde Valley (Blythe, CA). The Yellow Jackets enter the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
