Lotus School For Excellence Meteors (Aurora, CO) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Aurora West College Prep Academy Spartans (Aurora, CO), 38-24 in a league bout.

With the victory, Lotus School For Excellence upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Meteors travel to STEM School Highlands Ranch (Highlands Ranch, CO) to play the Spartans in a bout on Wednesday, January 18. The Spartans come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Spartans play the Regis Groff Fusion (Denver, CO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Aurora West College Prep Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
