East Rutherford Cavaliers (Forest City, NC) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Blacksburg Wildcats (Blacksburg, SC), 56-42 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, East Rutherford upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Cavaliers host Burns (Lawndale, NC) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 7. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 0-0.
