Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Paloma Valley Wildcats (Menifee, CA) and the visiting Rancho Verde Mustangs (Moreno Valley, CA), saw Paloma Valley's basketball squad hold off Rancho Verde by a tally of 47-40.

With the victory, Paloma Valley improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Liberty (Winchester, CA) to play the Bison in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 3. The Bison come into the challenge with a record of 1-3. Liberty lost 58-17 in their recent non-league challenge against Temescal Canyon (Lake Elsinore, CA)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Grand Terrace Titans (Grand Terrace, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 29. Rancho Verde will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record.
