The Montgomery Vikings basketball team scored 47 points and restricted the host American Canyon Wolves to 36 in the Vikings non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Vikings now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Truckee for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 30. Montgomery will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 62-52 non-league loss to Portola (Portola, CA). The Wolverines record now stands at 0-1.
The Wolves (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Franklin (Stockton, CA). The Yellowjackets come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Franklin was defeated by Armijo (Fairfield, CA), 60-49, in a non-league contest.
