Wilmot Panthers (Wilmot, WI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Big Foot Chiefs (Walworth, WI), 70-62 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Wilmot upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Panthers travel to Greendale (Greendale, WI) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 30. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Greendale won 72-65 in their recent non-league bout against Shorewood (Shorewood, WI)
Next up, the Chiefs play the Clinton Cougars (Clinton, WI) in a Rock Valley bout, on Friday, December 1. Big Foot will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 70-58 non-league loss to Elkhorn (Elkhorn, WI).
