The Plaquemine Green Devils basketball team scored 69 points and restricted the host Capitol Lions to 40 in the Green Devils non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Green Devils now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central for a non-league contest on Wednesday, November 29. Plaquemine will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 57-49 non-league win over Southern Lab (Baton Rouge, LA). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-0.

The Lions (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Carencro (Lafayette, LA). The Bears come into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
