The McAdory Yellowjackets basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Chelsea Hornets to 40 in the Yellowjackets non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Yellowjackets now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Center Point for a non-league contest on Friday, December 1. McAdory will meet a Eagles team coming off a 51-34 non-league loss to Carver Birmingham (Birmingham, AL). The Eagles record now stands at 0-7.

The Hornets (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Thompson (Alabaster, AL). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Thompson ran past Prattville (Prattville, AL), 78-31, in a non-league contest.
