The St. Thomas More Cougars basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the visiting Comeaux Spartans to 35 in the Cougars non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Cougars now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bossier for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 30. St. Thomas More will battle a Bearkats team coming off a 53-20 non-league win over Ruston (Ruston, LA). The Bearkats record now stands at 6-2.
The Spartans (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against St. Martinville (St. Martinville, LA). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, St. Martinville triumphed over Breaux Bridge (Breaux Bridge, LA), 38-31, in a non-league contest.
