The Lake Creek Lions basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the host Fort Bend Willowridge Eagles to 48 in the Lions non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Lions now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Waller for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 30. Lake Creek will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 71-51 non-league win over Magnolia West (Magnolia, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-2.

The Eagles (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Beaumont United (Beaumont, TX). The Timberwolves come into the non-league contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Beaumont United prevailed over Goose Creek Memorial (Baytown, TX), 63-42, in a non-league contest.
