The George County Rebels basketball team (Lucedale, MS), was nudged 57-54 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Mobile Christian Leopards (Mobile, AL)

The Leopards now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Blacksher for a non-league battle on Thursday, November 30.

The Rebels (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against East Central (Moss Point, MS). The Hornets come into the non-league battle with a 2-4 record. In their last battle, East Central was nudged by Perry Central (New Augusta, MS), 71-48, in a non-league battle.
