The Harvard Hornets basketball team (Harvard, IL), was overwhelmed 79-22 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Sycamore Spartans (Sycamore, IL)
The Spartans now possess a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host LaSalle-Peru for a Interstate Eight battle on Friday, December 1. Sycamore will battle a Cavaliers team coming off a 73-51 non-league win over Hall (Spring Valley, IL). The Cavaliers record now stands at 5-0.
The Hornets (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against Woodstock (Woodstock, IL). The Blue Streaks come into the Kishwaukee River battle with a 2-2 record.
