Kentucky High School Basketball - Highlands nips Scott

November 28, 2023: Fort Thomas, KY 41075

Highlands Bluebirds (Fort Thomas, KY) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Scott Eagles (Covington, KY), 75-68 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Highlands upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Bluebirds travel to Boone County (Florence, KY) to play the Rebels in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 30. The Rebels come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Boone County won 71-59 in their recent non-league bout against Newport Central Catholic (Newport, KY)

Next up, the Eagles play the Bracken County Polar Bears (Brooksville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 1. Scott will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
