The Pittsburg Panthers basketball team scored 73 points and held the visiting Indianola Warriors to 50 in the Panthers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Panthers now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Varnum for a non-league contest on Friday, December 1. Pittsburg will battle a Whippets team coming off a 82-35 non-league win over Roff (Roff, OK). The Whippets record now stands at 4-1.
The Warriors (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Sasakwa (Sasakwa, OK). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Sasakwa triumphed over Graham/Dustin (Weleetka, OK), 75-24, in a non-league contest.
