The Morris Jeff Pelicans basketball team (New Orleans, LA), was overwhelmed 63-18 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Willow Lions (New Orleans, LA)
The Lions now possess a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Martin's Episcopal for a non-league battle on Friday, December 1. Willow will battle a Saints team coming off a 60-30 non-league win over Benjamin Franklin (New Orleans, LA). The Saints record now stands at 4-0.
The Pelicans (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Pope John Paul II (Slidell, LA). The Jaguars come into the non-league battle with a 2-3 record.
