Norway Knights (Norway, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Munising Mustangs (Munising, MI), 49-48 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Norway upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Knights host Rapid River (Rapid River, MI) to clash with the Rockets in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 30. The Rockets go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Rapid River lost 54-37 in their recent league bout against Stephenson (Stephenson, MI)

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Manistique Emeralds (Manistique, MI) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 1. Munising will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
