Neuwirth Leadership Academy Boxers (Los Angeles, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Valor Academy (Van Nuys, CA), 52-33 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Neuwirth Leadership Academy upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Boxers host Gertz-Ressler (Los Angeles, CA) to clash with the Pumas in a Metro bout on Thursday, November 30. The Pumas go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Gertz-Ressler 0-0 in their recent league bout against New Designs University Park (Los Angeles, CA)

Next up, the clash with the Lakeview Charter Lions (Sylmar, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 1. Valor Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 52-37 non-league loss to Monroe (North Hills, CA).
