The Nixon Mustangs routed the visiting St. Augustine Knights basketball team by a final score of 95-66 in Tuesday's non-league game.

Coming up next, the Mustangs battle the Laredo LBJ Wolves (Laredo, TX) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, November 30. Nixon will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record. The Wolves come into the battle with a 5-6 record after their 49-38 non-league loss to Martin (Laredo, TX).

The Knights (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against United South (Laredo, TX). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 5-4 record. In their last battle, United South was routed by Vela (Edinburg, TX), 59-56, in a non-league battle.
