The Merced Bears (Merced, CA) basketball felled the host Pitman Pride (Turlock, CA), 55-37 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Bears (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Ceres (Ceres, CA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Ceres thwarted Orestimba (Newman, CA), 43-36, in a non-league test.
