The Archbold Blue Streaks basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Eastwood Eagles to 37 in the Blue Streaks non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Blue Streaks now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wauseon for a non-league contest on Friday, December 1. Archbold will battle a Indians team coming off a 44-26 non-league loss to Bath (Lima, OH). The Indians record now stands at 0-1.
The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Genoa Area (Genoa, OH). The Comets enter the Northern Buckeye contest with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Genoa Area topped Woodmore (Elmore, OH), 46-45, in a non-league bout.
