The Bowie Volunteers basketball team (Arlington, TX), was nudged 46-40 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Lancaster Tigers (Lancaster, TX)
The Tigers now possess a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Forney for a non-league battle on Thursday, November 30. Lancaster will battle a Falcons team coming off a 60-33 non-league win over Pinkston (Dallas, TX). The Falcons record now stands at 4-7.
The Volunteers (5-7) will now prepare for their battle against McKinney North (McKinney, TX). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 9-7 record. In their last battle, McKinney North edged Rockwall (Rockwall, TX), 52-45, in a non-league battle.
