The Cooper Jaguars basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Butler Bears to 38 in the Jaguars non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Jaguars now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Assumption for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 2. Cooper will meet a Rockets team coming off a 61-45 non-league loss to Spencer County (Taylorsville, KY). The Rockets record now stands at 0-1.
The Bears (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against North Hardin (Radcliff, KY). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
