The Ferris Yellowjackets basketball team (Ferris, TX), was overwhelmed 69-28 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Connally Cadets (Waco, TX)
The Cadets now possess a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Keller Central for a non-league battle on Thursday, November 30. Connally will confront a Chargers team coming off a 35-31 league win over Rock Hill (Frisco, TX). The Chargers record now stands at 2-5.
The Yellowjackets (5-5) will now prepare for their battle against Wills Point (Wills Point, TX). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 2-6 record. In their last battle, Wills Point trounced Athens (Athens, TX), 55-50, in a non-league battle.
