The Higbee Tigers basketball team scored 71 points and held the visiting Linn County Mustangs to 13 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brunswick for a CLAA contest on Wednesday, November 29. Higbee will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 67-39 non-league loss to Glasgow (Glasgow, MO). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-2.
The Mustangs (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Brashear (Brashear, MO). The Tigers enter the Tri-County - Northeast contest with a 1-1 record.
