Alabama High School Basketball - Hillcrest crushes Shades Valley

Hillcrest Patriots (Tuscaloosa, AL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Shades Valley Mounties (Birmingham, AL), 59-38 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Hillcrest upgrades its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Jasper (Jasper, AL) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 4-2.
Next up, the Mounties play the Pleasant Grove Spartans (Pleasant Grove, AL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 1. Shades Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Spartans come into the bout with a 4-3 record after their 60-38 non-league loss to Vestavia Hills (Vestavia Hills, AL).
