Mother McAuley Mighty Macs (Chicago, IL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Trinity Blazers (River Forest, IL), 59-42 in a league bout.

With the victory, Mother McAuley upgrades its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Mighty Macs host De La Salle (Chicago, IL) to play the Meteors in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 30. The Meteors come into the bout with a record of 4-2. De La Salle won 52-33 in their recent league bout against Rosary (Aurora, IL)

Next up, the Blazers play the Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs (Riverside, IL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, November 30. Trinity will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 57-35 non-league win over Oak Park-River Forest (Oak Park, IL).
