The American Eagles basketball team scored 92 points and restricted the visiting More Knights to 31 in the Eagles non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lincoln for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 30. American will battle a Lions team coming off a 64-11 non-league win over James Lick (San Jose, CA). The Lions record now stands at 2-0.
The Knights (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Pinewood (Los Altos Hills, CA). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Pinewood was routed by Rise University Prep (San Francisco, CA), 46-31, in a non-league contest.
