In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Island Coast Gators (Cape Coral, FL) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Cypress Lake Panthers (Fort Myers, FL), by a count of 66-42.
The Gators (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Estero (Estero, FL). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Estero was crushed by South Fort Myers (Fort Myers, FL), 61-40, in a non-league challenge.
Next up, the Panthers play the Bonita Springs Bullsharks (Bonita Springs, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 5. Cypress Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
