Arizona High School Basketball - Apache Junction overwhelmed by Madison Highland Prep

The Madison Highland Prep Heat walloped the host Apache Junction Prospectors basketball team by a tally of 82-27 in Friday's non-league game.

The Heat now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Lincoln Prep for a non-league game on Friday, November 28. Madison Highland Prep will play a Lightning team coming off a 75-56 non-league loss to Veritas Prep (Phoenix, AZ). The Lightning record now stands at 2-1.

The Prospectors (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Valley Christian (Chandler, AZ). The Trojans come into the 3A Central test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Valley Christian bounced Paradise Valley (Phoenix, AZ), 81-52, in a non-league test.
